摘要
针对传统环锭纺纱技术将面临着各种新型纺纱技术挑战的实际情况,着重研究分析了环锭细纱机在纺纱过程中重要的结构参数──气圈动态方程,并运用教学物理等方法导出气圈动态的精确方程式,这对指导环锭细纱机的新机型设计、老机改造及在生产过程中如何增大卷装和降低细纱断头率、提高经济效益,都有着十分重要的现实意义.
This paper is directed against the situation that the traditional spinning technology is facing the challenge of all kinds of new spinning technology. It mainly analyses the important structural parameter in the spinning process of ring spinning frame-balloon development equation. Thus. by using mathematical and physical methods, we obtain an accurate equation of balloon development, which has practical significance in directing the new design of ring spinning frames, remaking the old ones taking measures to increase magnum and decrease spun yarn end breakage rate in the manufacture and improving economical benefit.
