摘要
白芷的药用部分为根。本文对根的组织分化进行了研究。其初生木质部为二原型,在初生结构中没有分泌道发生。周皮在产生以前,由中柱鞘细胞先进行平周分裂为4至5层细胞,其最外层形成木栓形成层原始细胞。在成熟根中次生韧皮部比次生木质部大的多。除了次生木质部和周皮以外,分泌道存在于中柱鞘和次生韧皮部中。
The medicinal part of Angerica dahurica is the root. The present paper
deals with the tissue differentiation of the root. The primary xylem of the
root is diarch. There are not any secretary canals in the primary structure.
Before the periderm develops, the cells of periclinal divide periclinally and
give rise to 4 or 5 layers of cells, the outer most layer of which consti-
tutes the phellogen intial. Then the periderm occurs. The secondary phloem
is larger than the secondary xylem in the mature root. Except in the secon-
dary xylem and the periderm, secretary canals exist in the pericycle and
the secondary phloem of the mature root.
