摘要
金融努力模型是分析金融努力行为的重要工具。本文在对既有的金融努力模型进行理论拓展的基础上,构建了转型期中国民间资本进入银行业的金融努力模型,并运用该模型中的金融努力资本扩展线的构成与变动规律,分析了转型期我国民间资本进入银行业的动因、制约因素、特殊风险与治理对策。
The financial exertion model is the important tool of analyzing financial exertion actions. Based on expounding standard model of financial exertion, this paper establishes a new and specified model of financial exertion about Chinese private capital entering domestic banking in transition period. Using the capital expand line and its movement rules in this financial exertion model, it researches deeply the inherent reasons, restriction factors, special risks and risk prevent policies of Chinese private capital entering domestic banking.
