摘要
本文研究了基区调变晶体管的电击穿现象,提出了描述这种电击穿的“交叉点击穿”理论方法,并应用这个理论方法计算了集成电路中横向PNP管的交叉点雪崩击穿电压,理论值与实验值符合得相当好。
For Avalanche Breakdown voltage of the base-modulated transistor, the author thinks it may be found from intersection of the curve of BV_(o??) plotted against W_(?), With the curve of V_(??) plotted against W_b.
