摘要
临床上鉴别 Graves 甲亢和桥本氏甲亢对选择治疗方案非常重要。本文对42例 Graves 甲亢,24例桥本氏甲亢和6例亚甲炎伴甲亢的实验室检查进行了对比分析,结果说明:桥本氏甲亢的血清 T_3/T_4常常小于20,TGA 和 TMA 多为强阳性,过氯酸钾释放试验常为阳性,而 Graves 甲亢则相反。
It is critical important to distinguish Graves'hyperthyroidism from Hashitoxicosis in order to choose the correct treatment.In this articale,42 cases withGraves' hyperthyroidism,24 cases with Hashitoxicosisand 6 cases with subacute thyroiditis complicatedwith hyperthyroidism were compared and analysed.The results show that in Hashitoxicosis serumT_3/T_4 is often less than 20,strongly positive TGA andTMA are common,perchloride discharge test is frequent-ly positive.In Graves' hyperthyroidism all these areopposive.
