系统性红斑狼疮T细胞TCR/CD3信号转导异常的研究进展

摘要 T细胞受体/CD3复合体(TCR/CD3)与抗原呈递细胞(APC)表面的组织相容复合物(MHC)-抗原肽发生交连是T细胞特征性识别抗原,活化细胞、传导信号并发生抗原特异免疫反应的重要起始途。系统性红斑狼疮T细胞TCR/CD3信号传导异常是T细胞免疫功能障碍的基础。本文就系统性红斑狼疮T细胞TCR/CD3信号转导异常的研究进展作一综述。 The direct interaction of the TCR/CD3 complex with the major histocompability complex on antigen-presenting cells plays a key role in antigen recogmtion, T cell activation, and consequence in triggering an antigen specific immune response. Accumulating evidence suggest that potential defects of the T cell functional of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) resides in the proximal abnormal signal transduction around the TCR-CD3 complex. This article summarizes the recent information about the abnormal TCR/CD3-mediated signaling in SLE T cells.
