首先简要说明了Windows下的串口编程方法,以及在Delphi编程环境下的实现原理,然后阐述了通过这种方法来实现它在汽车衡中的应用.
This paper introduces serial programing methods in Windows briefly and the realization in delphi environment and explains application of this method in truck balance.
