摘要
分标与合同策划是项目实施策划的重要内容,有效的分标与合同策划是项目实施的前提和项目成败的关键。分标与合同策划由项目分标方式、设计/采购/施工的顺序、合同类型和业主方项目管理组织4个方面组成,在分析分标与合同策划方案构成的基础上,提出了采用AHP法对各种组合方案进行系统的、定量的分析,并通过算例介绍了AHP法在工程项目分标与合同策划决策中的应用。
Project delivery and contract strategy (PDCS) are the main contents in project execution. Based on the analysis of the components of PDCS, AHP method is employed to analyze different combination plans in a systematic and qualitative way. Application of AHP in project delivery and contract strategy is introduced with an example.
