摘要
本文分析了小鼠骨髓细胞G带染色体核型。结果表明,应用骨髓细胞直接制备染色体标本。所得G带核型与国际上采用的Nesbitt和Franke的标准模式图相一致。与Springer-Verlag所归纳的标记各号染色体的特征带纹基本一致,本文带纹结构较精细,并与Nesbite和Franke的标准模式图相比较,特征性带纹均清晰可辩,同时又补充了部分标记的特征带纹。可明确鉴别小鼠各条染色体的遗传标记。
The G-banding patterns of bone marrow cells in chromosomes of mice were analysed. The results showed G-banding patterns made directly with bone marrow cells were identical with the standard idiogram of Nesbitt and Fanke adopted in the world and were smilar with the features of chromosomes induced by Springer-vahlag.The construction of banding lines was fine.The special banding lines as compared with the standard id iogram of Nesbitt and Franke were clear and identifiable Parts of special marked banding lines were simultaneously added.Thus hereditary marks of chromosomes of mice were distinguished.
