摘要
应用高渗ＮａＣｌ治疗家兔严重失血性休克。结果显示：高渗ＮａＣｌ治疗组，颈动脉血压明显升高，１８０ｍｉｎ后脱离休克率１００％，对肾脏超微结构有保护作用，明显的优于等渗ＮａＣｌ组，为抢救休克赢得时间。
Hemorrhagic shock model was induced in adult rabbits with Lamson's method and arterial blood pressure was maintained at 5.33kPa for 18omin.The rabbits were then given 5ml/kg i.v.for 60min after shock Ⅰ group (Hypertonic saline HS)Ⅱgroup(Isotonic saline,IS).The results showed that arterial blood pressure was remarkably improved,the ratio escaping form shock was 100% and renal ultrastracture was proected. The effect was much better in HS group than in IS group and the time for saving those who suffered from shock was won.
