摘要
回顾分析了过去10年深圳市龙岗区农村合作医疗住院病种情况,发现住院病种的变化不大。构成住院病种最主要的疾病是呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统和泌尿生殖系统疾病。慢性非传染性痰病已成为农村合作医疗必须面对的主要问题。
The paper reviewed the diseases distribution covered by the cooperative medical care in the rural areas of Longgang District of Shenzhen. The results indicated that the kinds of diseases in the past 10 years did not change very much. The people to be hospitalized were mainly with the diseases as the following: the diseases of respiratory system, digestive system, circulative system and urine and procreative systems. Chronic and non-infectious diseases have become the main problems that the cooperative medical care have to face.
