摘要
对深圳市龙岗区10年农村合作医疗的住院流向进行了全面深入的分析。结果表明,绝大多数的患者选择在当地镇级医疗机构住院就医;在住院流向的疾病构成上,除了患有专科特色较强疾病的病人到市级或市外高级医院或专科医院就诊外,多数患者仍然在当地医院就医;合作医疗章程起到了较好的制约住院流向的作用。
The paper analyzed the patients' choice for the hospital to be in charged whom coverd by the cooperative medical care in the rural arears of Longgang District of Shenzhen. The results indicated that most of the patients chose the township hospital near their home and most of the diseases should be dealt with in the hospital were treated in the township hospitals. These indicated that the constitution of the cooperative medical care took a good role in controlling the patient's direction in choosing hospitals.
