摘要
运用文献、咨询、归纳等方法探究浙师大公共体育教学改革,通过实施分项学分制教学改革实践和研究表明:这一新型的教学模式有利于增强大学生的体育意识、兴趣与爱好,有利于把大学生的体育教育过程延伸到高等教育的全过程,使学生的学习自由度扩大,调动了他们的积极性,充分体现了"以人为本,健康第一"的教学理念。
This paper aims to analyse and explore the new teaching reform 'the categories of credit system', which is practiced in Zhejiang Normal University by using documentary,consultative and inductive methods ,and so on.The teaching practice and research indicate the new-model teaching reform is beneficial to the students` PE consciousness ,interest and fondness, beneficial to extending from the process of college students`PE education to the whole process of the college education. It brings out the students have more freedom in study and the enthusiasm of learning, and adequately reflects the concept 'people oriented, health first.'
