摘要
目的:探讨CM挥发油对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、硝酸异山梨酯组、CM挥发油大、中、小剂量组。结扎冠状动脉左前降支,60min后恢复血流并持续60min,造成缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察药物对心肌组织磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和对心电图的影响。结果:CM挥发油大、中剂量组能显著降低心肌匀浆中CK活性及MDA的含量,增强SOD活性。各剂量组均能明显降低MDA的含量;同时,CM挥发油各剂量组还能显著降低大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心电图S-T段的偏移(P<0.05,P<0.01),且大剂量组效果最明显。结论:CM挥发油在抗氧化及改善缺血心电图方面对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of CM essential oil on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:The ischemia reperfusion injury model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery for 60 min followed by reperfusion for 60 min. Sixty male rats were randomly divided into six groups, the sham operation group,the positive group, the model group, the three treated groups of CM essential oil. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA),the activity of creatine phosphokinase (CK) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), in myocardial tissue were observed.Results:The content of MDA was lower in the three treated groups than those in the model group. The activity of SOD and CK were significantly higher and that of MDA was markedly lower in the large and medium dose groups than those in the model group. The drift of S-T fragment of electrocardiogram(ECG) were significantly lower in the three treated groups than those in the model group.As comparing the effect between the three treated groups, the large dose group showed the best.Conclusion:CM essential oil has obviously protective effects of antioxidation and anti-ischemia in ECG on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
