摘要
目的:观察高温高湿环境下进行一定量运动后人体红细胞比容和血红蛋白的变化,以及应用5-羟色胺受体激动剂对人体代谢的调节。方法:实验于2003-07-21/2003-07-30在湛江解放军422医院完成。选择南沙巡防区战士90名,分成3组。老战士组30名,入伍2年以上的老战士,平均年龄24.4岁;新战士60名,入伍2年以内,随机分为新战士组(平均年龄19.2岁)和新战士服药组(平均年龄19.9岁),30名/组。各组战士均为健康男性,且在高温高湿环境下生活1年以上,参加守卫岛礁1年以上。新战士服药组分别在运动前7h和3h口服乌拉地尔片剂30mg(30mg/片,西安利君制药厂),常温安静状态下抽血测定各组战士的红细胞比容和血红蛋白,之后各组战士在最高室外温度60℃、最大相对湿度80%的高温高湿环境下20min内跑步3000m,再立即抽血测定各组的红细胞比容和血红蛋白。结果:按意向处理分析,90名战士均进入结果分析。①红细胞比容测定结果:老战士组、新战士组、新战士服药组运动后与运动前相比均明显升高(48.13±3.21,44.63±2.82,P<0.05;47.20±1.92,43.53±2.24,P<0.05;46.50±2.47,45.30±2.77,P<0.05)。运动后新战士服药组与老战士组、新战士组比较,红细胞比容明显降低(46.50±2.47,48.13±3.21,47.20±1.92,P<0.05)。
AIM:To observe the changes of hematocrit and hemoglobin of human after exercis e of certain quantity under hyperthermia and high humidity,and investigate the a djustment to human metabolism by using serotonin receptor excitant. METHODS:The experiment was carried out in the 422 Hospital of Chinese PLA in Z hanjiang city between July 21st and 30th 2003.Ninety 90 soldiers,who were select ed from Nansha patrol area,were divided into 3 groups:old soldier group(n=30),wh o joined the army for more than 2 years,the mean age was 24.4 years old;60 recru its,who joined the army for no more than 2 years,were subdivided into recruit gr oup(n=30,the mean age was 19.2 years old) and recruit medication group(n=30,the mean age was 19.9 years old).All the soldiers were healthy males,and had lived i n the environment of hyperthermia and high humidity for more than 1 year,also pa rticipated in guarding and protecting the island for at least 1 year.Subjects in the recruit medication group orally taken urpidil tablet 30 mg(30 mg per pill,p roduced by Xi'an Lijun Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD) 7 and 3 hours before exercise.Blo od samples of soldiers in each group were drawn at rest under normal temperature to determine hematocrit and hemoglobin,all the soldiers ran for 3 000 m within 20 minutes under the environment of hyperthermia and high humidity with the high est outside temperature of 60 ℃and the maximum relative humidity of 80%,and th en their blood samples were drawn immediately to determine hematocrit and hemogl obin again. RESULTS:According to intention to treat analysis,all the 90 soldiers were in volved in the analysis of results.①Hematocrit after exercise in the old soldier group,recruit group and recruit medication group were all obviously increased a s compared with those before exercise(48.13±3.21,44.63±2.82,P< 0.05;47.20±1.9 2,43.53±2.24,P< 0.05;46.50±2.47,45.30±2.77,P< 0.05);Hematocrit after exercise was markedly decreased in the recruit medication group as compared with the old soldier group and recruit group(46.50±2.47,48.13±3.21,47.20±1.92,P< 0.05).② Hemoglobin after exercise in the old soldier group,recruit group and recruit med ication group were all obviously increased as compared with those before exercis e[(16.30±0.95),(15.13±0.97) g/L,P< 0.05;(16.03±0.76),(14.87±0.78) g/L,P< 0.0 5;(15.90±0.84),(15.43±1.04) g/L,P< 0.05];Hemoglobin after exercise was markedl y decreased in the recruit medication group as compared with the old soldier gro up and recruit group[(15.90±0.84),(16.30±0.95),(16.03±0.76) g/L,P< 0.05]. CONCLUSION:After exercise of certain amount under the environment of hyperther mia and high humidity,the indexes of human erythrocyte and hemoglobin have obvio us adaptive changes.Oral medication of urapidil tablet can obviously decrease th e changing range of erythrocyte and hemoglobin before and after exercise,and has certain effects on the decrease of human metabolism.
