摘要
本文提出了修井机转盘试验装置的设计方案,对其结构和工作原理作了介绍。该试验装置的主要特点是耗电量少、结构紧凑,并且有广泛的适应性;对各类修井机转盘均可进行静载和动载试验,在试验过程中不存在自动卸载问题,故能达到试验的目的.加上辅件,还可以对修井机水龙头进行轴向加载试验.
The diesign scheme of the test board of workover rotary table is presented in this paper.The operating principle and structure of the test board are also introduced. Its main characteristics are as follows: low power consumption, compact and simple structure and wide applicability. Various types of workover rotary tables with static and dynamic load can be tested. No problem of automatic unloading exists in the process of test. With supplementary equipment, an axial load test for the workover swivel can be carried out.
