结合科技查新工作的实际,从查新人员资质控制、文献资源保障、查新报告、查新管理4方面论述了科技查新质量控制的对策。
Connecting with the reality of sci-tech novelty retrieval, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the quality control of sci-tech novelty retrieval from four aspects of the control of the qualification of retrieval personnel, the guarantee of the literature resources, the report of the novelty retrieval, and the management of the novelty retrieval.
