摘要
本文系用国产焊机研制高质量D级矿用圆环链焊接部分的总结。当前来说,提高圆环链的质量关键在于焊接。大量试验表明,用通常的焊接方法,由于闪光的稳定性难以保证,容易引起超限的焊接缺陷,使圆环链的质量不能提高。严格控制焊接参数,并采用强规范焊接工艺,研制出了基本上符合D级链标准的矿用圆环链,已通过部级鉴定。这对于提高我国圆环链技术和促进煤炭事业发展具有普遍的现实意义。
The paper is the weld summary of researching-manufacturing high quality minin round-link chain of D-grade by using home welding machine. At present, the key of technology for increasing the quality of round-link chain is at welding. A great number of tests show that owing to the difficulty to secure flash stability by using usual welding process, it is easy to result in over welding defects, thus to increase the quality is difficult; but the round-link chains manufactured by adopting stiff regime welding technology and strictly conlrolling the weld parameters have basically reached the requirements of D-grade and its appraisal has been passed by Ministry of Coal Industry. This achievement is of universal and actual significance for increasing the technical level of producing mining round-link chain and promoting the development of coal enterprise of our country.
