摘要
由Ｓｉ－Ｃａ二元相图以及中间化合物的生成熵，按ＲＴｌｎｒｉ＝ｃｏｎｓｔ的唯一假设，对Ｓｉ－Ｃａ二元系的组元活度值分别进行了计算，结果与文献报道的实验值之间吻合较好．
Abstract Based on Ca-Si binary phase diagram and the formation entropy of intermediate compounds,the activities of the components in Si-Ca binary system have been calculated under the assumption:RTlnri= constri . The results coincide with the exrimental data quite well.
