摘要
为了提高对早期成人型呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断率和治愈率，本文分析了我院自１９８５年９月～１９９２年１０月住院治疗的成人型呼吸窘迫综合征２８例。结果是：轻度２例、中度４例均治愈（治愈率１００％），重度２２例治愈１例（占４．５５％），死亡２１例（占９５．４５％）。提示成人型呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗，轻、中度效果好，重度予后差，故早期诊断对患者的予后至关重要。本文还讨论了该综合征的治疗进展。
In order to improve the diagnosis and cure rate of early ARDS,28 cases with
ARDSadmitted for treatment from Jan.1985 to Oct,1992 were analysed.There were 2 cases
withmild ARDS and 4 moderate cases who were cured completely(recovery rate 100%),but in the
22severe cases,only one (4.55%)was cured and rest all died (mortality 95.45%).It suggests
thatearly diagnosis is very important for the syndrome and treatment progress of this syndrome
isalso discussed.
