摘要
对１０例脑深部动静脉畸形（ＡＶＭ）行显微手术治疗，其中８例达全切除。结果优７例，良３例，无死亡。对手术适应症、手术入路和手术技巧加以讨论。
The deep-seated arteriovenous malformation of
the cerebral hemisphere were resected in10 cases by microsugical technique and total removal
was confirmed by angiography in 8 cases.The surgical result was as followes:7 cases were
excellent and 3 cases fine,and no deaths inthe series.We show the indication,approach and skill
of operation in discussion.
