摘要
CC型单螺杆压缩机为单螺杆压缩机型式之一,有许多突出的优点,很有发展前途。本文推导了这种压缩机栅轮齿侵入螺槽的面积、形心、螺槽容积和理论排气孔口等一系列计算式。在此基础上,本文讨论了这种压缩机设计与制造的主要结构参数的选取原则,并通过实际计算提出了一系列推荐选取值。此外,本文还分析了这种压缩机相对CP型单螺杆压缩机所具有的突出优点。
The single-screw compressor which has a cylindric screw and two cylindric rotors (the CC-type single-screw compressor for short) is a kind of single- screw compressor. It has many advantages and broad prospects. In this paper a group of formulas, such as the formulas of area and centroid of the gate- rotor tooth intervening in a groove of the screw, the groove volume, the com- pressor' s theoretic gas-discharging opening, etc., which are necessary in the design of the compressor, are derived at first. Then the selection principles of the com- pressor's main designing and machining parameters are discussed, and through practical computations a series of parameters are recommended to salect prece- dently. The advantages of the CC-type single-screw compressor over the CP-type are also analysed.
