摘要
本文采用应变式微型测速探针测定了一台倒拖的2135G直喷柴油机燃烧室内的切向气流速度,通过装有导气屏的气阀来形成不同的进气涡流强度。实验表明,涡流强度的变化对发动机性能影响较大,存在涡流强度与喷孔数的最佳配合关系。文中提出的最佳经济条件下涡流强度的计算公式能较好地与实验结果吻合。
The gas velocity in a combustion chamber is measured by a sfrain type micro-probe on a motored 2135G direct injection diesel engine. A shrouded valve is used to change the input swirl intensity. The experimental results show that the swirl intensity has a great influence on engine performances. For a specified diesel engine, there exists an optimum relationship between the swirl intensity and tho nozzle number. The results calculated by the proposed formula on the basis of good economy are in agreement with the experimental results.
