摘要 在人工骨、人工肾和人工血管等人工器官制造中,广泛应用的生物医学材料除陶瓷和钛合金外,还有合成树脂、合成纤维和橡胶等材料,它们可用于人体的损伤修复及功能替代.为了防止树脂、金属等材料直接植入人体后引起的组织排斥反应、材料的体内老化以及血栓形成等并发症的发生,研究人员不断地对天然和人工材料进行改性,同时致力于开发具有更好的生物相容性的新材料.本文介绍日本生医学材料几项高新技术的发展动态.
