摘要
报导了高效毛细管凝胶电泳在超载情况下样品负荷量与其电泳行为的关系,研究了牛血清白蛋白、伴清蛋白及溶菌酶三种蛋白质的进样量与它们电泳峰形(包括对称性、相对迁移时间和分离度)变化的关系,证实了在样品用量不同时,它们的电泳行为有很大的不同。
A study on the influence of sample amount on the profile of peaks in high performance capillary gelelectrophoresis under overloading conditions has been investigated by using three proteins,bovine serumalbumin,conalbumin and lysozyme.It is found that with increasing the amount of sampling,there is agreat difference in electrophoretic behavior of sample proteins,such as symmetry,migration time andresolution,under low and high(over)loading conditions.
