摘要
本文对26例滑动性脑挫伤的病理学改变及其发生机理进行了观察与探讨。认为滑动性脑挫伤是发生于大脑半球上矢状窦旁额上回白质出血所构成的一类少见的脑损伤。见于减速运动，多数不伴有颅骨肯折。其死因与弥散性轴索损伤有密切关系。
The author observed and analysed 26 cases about pathologic changes in gliding contusion and itsmechanism,He think that gliding contusion is a rare kind of cerebral contusion which happens is superior fronted subcortiocal white matter adjacent to the parasagittal sinus of the cerebral hemispheres. Itoften occur in retarded motion and without shull fracture. The cause of gliding contusion is very relevant to the diffuse axonal injury.
