摘要
人、车、路是影响交通安全的三大要素。本文通过对公路事故多发点的实地调查,探讨了道路平曲线、纵坡事故多发原因,特别强调了道路设计上要多加考虑人类(驾驶员)因素。
Driver, vehical and environment (road) are the three Principal elements of traffic safety.This PaPer mainly discusses the cause of accidents by horizontal curve and longitudinal grade through investigating on the sports of accidents. In this Paper the factors of human beings (driver) is especially emphrasized and they showld be accounted in road desing.
