摘要
本文对多向模锻液压机横梁用有限元方法进行了分析。计算结果与理论上的分析是吻合的,并在一些部位与电测结果进行了比较,数值相近,说明了文中计算结果是可信的。在力学计算模型的建立过程中,注意到了实际情况和经济性,充分利用结构的对称条件,大大缩小了算题的规模,使计算费用成倍地下降。文中认为沿用材料力学初等理论,进行类似横桥的计算分析,是相当粗糙的,不可取的。
In this paper we discuss calculation of hydraulic pressure machine cross beam byent method.Thelculation results are con-sistent with the theory analysis.The calculation results of some partsof the structure and the data are identical as compared with the ex-perimental results.In building model of mechanics because of the fully utilization of sructure symmetry,calculation has simplified greatly.
