摘要
非晶合金铁心变压器具有优良的低空载损耗特性,影响非晶合金变压器空载损耗的主要因素有铁心材料和变压器结构,比较了非晶态合金铁心变压器和硅钢片铁心变压器的性能.它们的空载损耗并不与容量呈线性关系,针对变压器设计与制造中的几个主要问题提出了解决方案.
Amorphous alloy is an outstanding soft magnetic material with lower losses. The main fator effecting the no-loadloss of amorphous alloy transformer is introduced in short in this paper. Their no-loadloss are not linear capability. The methods for solving the problems of transformer design and manufacture are pointed out.
