摘要
改革传统的评价方法,变单一的量化评价要素为综合多样化的评价要素;变单一试卷考核形式为多种形式的综合考核;变单一的百分制量化为等级制量化和定性描述相结合;变单一的终结性评价为形成性评价和终结性评价相结合;变单一的教师评价为学生、家长、教师多方评价。发挥评价的导向作用、激励作用和调控作用,促使学生健康成长。
This paper probes into how to evaluate students' performance and the aims of evaluating them. At the same time, this paper proposes that we should reform the traditional evaluation mechanism, that is to say, we should adopt the comprehensive factors to evaluate them, adopt all - round methods to test them, see the performance of students as the process of the students' improvement, and ask the students' themselves, the students' parents and the students teachers in common to evaluate them. If we do so, we can use the new evaluation mechanism to improve the performance of students, to arouse students' enthusiasm for studying knowledge, and to improve the students themselves.
