动感雕塑中直线驱动电机的电磁模型及参数优化 被引量:4

The Electromagnetic Model and Parameters Optimization of the Novel Cylinder Linear Driving Motor Used in Mobile Sculpture

摘要 提出了一种新型圆筒型直线感应电机.针对电机轴对称结构的特点,给出了其涡流电磁方程,基于变分方法,建立了该轴对称场的有限元模型,通过仿真计算,得出电机的电磁推力和启动电流等参数.以理论计算结果为样本数据,对电机结构进行优化,获得了电机的最优性能参数.为了验证理论计算和优化结果的正确性,按优化结果参数制作样机并测试其性能,实验结果和计算结果一致. Based on the analysis of the structure of the traditional cylinder-type linear motor, a novel cylinder linear motor is designed to solve the drive problem of mobile sculpture. By analyzing the special features of the structure of the motor, the axisymmetric FEM model is set up. The parameters of pushing force and currents are obtained through the results of simulation. Furthermore, by using the simulation results as sample data, structure parameter optimization is carried out through the orthogonal test. And the model of linear motor is made according to the optimum results. The test results of the model linear motor show that the method suggested in this paper is feasible for researching a new kind of linear motion actuator.
