摘要
研究了分散剂在撞击法制备超细HMX中的作用。结果表明,分散剂不仅减小HMX颗粒的等效颗粒尺寸,而且也能改善HMX的粒度分布。其中,OP类分散剂对HMX粉碎效果最佳,用撞击法可制备出纳米级HMX,其平均粒度可达68.9nm,分布范围在0.9nm的宽度内。
The effect of dispersant on the preparation of HMX by impinging method was studied. The results showed that the dispersant not only can decrease the particles sizes of HMX, but also can improve the particles distribution, especially OP dispersant. The particle samples with effective average diameter of 68.9nm, and distributing rang of 0. 9nm, have been prepared by using impinging method.
