摘要
目的探讨放化疗或化疗对恶性肿瘤(除白血病)患者外周血液白细胞各参数变化及其临床意义。方法用SysmexXT-1800I全自动五分类血液分析仪检测外周血液WBC、MEUT、LYMPH、MONO、EO、BASO参数;再用光学显微镜油镜下进行白细胞分类比较。结果白细胞各参数在未放化疗或化疗者组与正常对照组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);而WBC、MONO、MEUT、LYMPH在已放化疗或化疗一个疗程结束后患者组与未放化疗或化疗者组及正常对照组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论已放化疗或化疗者MONO增多,而WBC、MEUT、LYMPH减少,表示骨髓受到抑制,应暂停治疗,避免感染。
Objective To Study the changes of white cells in malignant tumor before er after chemotherapy. Methods To detect blood WBC, MEUT, LYMPH, MONO, EO, BASO parameters by sysmex XT-1800 automatic blood analysis instrument. Results White cell in patients with chemotherapy had no obvious difference with normal control ( P>0.05) ;But WBC, MONO, MEUT,LYMPH in patients with chemotherapy compared with normal control showed obvious difference( P<0.01). Conclusion MONO increases ad WBC,MEUT,LYMPH decrease after chemo therapy in cancer patients.[
