摘要
应用结膜瓣遮盖治疗角膜穿孔20例（20只眼），其中3例联合抗青光眼手术．术后全部达到封闭穿孔目的，9例术后视力不同程度提高。手术主要合并症是浅前房及虹膜前粘连。对术中操作技巧、抗青光眼手术进行了讨论．
20 cases of corneal perforation were treated by the conjunctiveal valve cover, including 3 cases of the combination of conjunctiveal valve cover and anti-glaucoma. In 20 cases. corering corneal perforation was obtained after the operation. 9 cases of vision were raised. The main complications following operation were shallow anterior chamber and iris anterior synechia. The opeation of technique and antiglaucoma surgery were discussed.
