摘要
儒家文化的“成德之学”提倡修已体认式的内省,缺乏对社会和自然界的积极主动改造,导致认知主体思维失范;儒家文化重人伦轻自然导致人类研究对象错位,学科理论单一,视野狭窄;儒家文化“官本位”思想导致知识分子地位低下,知识贬值;儒家文化的“中庸之道”、“平均主义”导致认知主体缺乏积极性,创造性。以上这些均对人才成长产生了一定的负面影响。
The 'thought of moralization' in Confucian culture advocated to cultivate one' s moral character and be considerate of others so as to introspect oneself, but it failed to be positive in transforming the society and nature, thus caused cognitive subject's thinking to lose norm; Confucian culture valued human relation (according to feudal ethics) more than nature, which caused the object of human research misplaced, the discipline theory to be unitary, the vision to be narrow; The 'official-oriented' thought in Confucian culture caused intellectuals in a low social status and knowledge devalued; 'The doctrine of the mean' and 'equalitarianism' of Confucian culture caused the cognitive subject to lack enthusiasm and creativity. The above four respects have brought certain negative effects to the development of talents.
