摘要
目的:明确卡托普利联合双氢克脲噻治疗高血压对患者脉压的影响。方法:选择我院在2003年1月至2003年3月的高血压病患者50例。给予给予卡托普利及双氢克脲噻规律治疗3个月,观察治疗后脉压的变化情况。结果:治疗3个月观察,患者的血压较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),脉压显著缩小(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利联合双氢克脲噻治疗原发性高血压,在有效降低血压的同时亦有效降低脉压。
Objective: To study the effect of combination treatment of captopril and diuretics on the pulse pressure in patients with hypertension. Method: The patients with hypertension in our hospital from Janury to March in 2003 were included. The patients were treated with combination of captopril and diuretics for 3 months and the pulse pressure were measured. Result: Treatment with captopril and diuretics significantly decreased the blood pressure(P<0.05) and the pulse pressure(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of captopril and diuretics in hypertension significantly decreased the blood pressure as well as the pulse pressure.
