摘要
通过分析虚拟企业的参与企业价值链之间的相互作用和所形成的新的价值系统,对虚拟企业的价值链管理提出了参与企业价值链之间的协调、虚拟企业价值链管理的动态性整合、参与企业的业务流程进行优化等问题。
In the virtual enterprise, value chains of different participant enterprises will interact and form new value system. This paper analyzes these interactions, and then brings forward three opinions about value chain management of virtual enterprise: value chains of different participant enterprises should be harmonized and achieve synergic effect, dynamic integration of virtual enterprise value chain management, and business process optimization of participant enterprises.
