摘要
本文介绍了链式散射描述与线性分式变换的背景、定义及相互变换，论述了它们的性质及其应用．
Chain scattering descriptions and linear fractional transformations play an important role in robust control theory.Their background,definitions and multual transformations between them are presented in this paper.Their properties and applications are also discussed.
