蓝牙技术在数控系统实时数据传输中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 蓝牙是一种短距离无线通信技术,用于代替数字设备和计算机外设间的电缆连接以及实现数字设备间的无线网络。在通信、网络、芯片、软件等,甚至消费类电器和汽车制造等方面得到了广泛的应用。但是在工业控制领域的应用还非常有限。研究如何将蓝牙技术应用于数控系统是非常有实用价值的,为实现控制方式的多样性提供了一种新的思路。本文详细阐述了蓝牙无线技术在实时数据传输系统中的应用,对蓝牙的特点及关键技术进行了理论的研究。并且最终实现了与控制系统间的无线实时数据传输。实验结果表明蓝牙无线传输系统能够正确、稳定地实现与数控机床的无线数据传输,而不会对机床运行产生任何干扰。 Bluetooth is a short distance wireless technology which is used to replace the cable link between the digital equipment and the computer outset.It also can realize the wireless network between digital equipments.Full application has been realized in communication,network,CMOS chip,software and so on.It also used in consumption electrical equipment and automobile manufacture.But the application in industry control system is very less.The research about how to use bluetooth in control system have much worth.It also afford a new method to realize multiformity on control.This paper expatiates the using of bluetooth wireless technology in real-time data transmission,demonstrates the character and the key technology of the bluetooth,realizes the control system real-time data transmission between PC and the control system by bluetooth.The results of experiments show that bluetooth wireless transmission system can realize the wireless data transmission with numerical control machine without any disturb.
