摘要
选用苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、油酸、纳米ZnO等原料,对纳米粒子表面进行改性,制得核壳结构的纳米ZnO复合乳液。研究了功能单体、分散剂种类、纳米ZnO添加工艺等因素对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明分散剂种类、用量及分散方法是影响纳米ZnO分散体系稳定性的主要因素;纳米ZnO在介质pH值为9~10时分散效果最佳;将1/2经表面处理的纳米ZnO在乳液反应前加入进行共聚,其余1/2在反应后共混,所得复合乳液及涂膜的综合性能最佳。
A nano ZnO hybrid emulsion with core-shell structure has been developed based on styrene, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, oleic acid and surface modified nano ZnO. The influence of functional monomers, dispersants, incorporation technology of nano ZnO on performance of emulsion and coatings film is discussed. It has shown that the varieties, amount and dispersing methods of dispersants are criteria on the stability of dispersion system; Optimum dispersion of ZnO is available when pH value of the media is 9~10; When 1/2 surface modified nano ZnO is incorporated before copolymerization and the rest (another 1/2) of nano ZnO is blended after copolymerization, the hybrid emulsion and coatings film show the best performance.
