摘要
研究了气化酯促硬碱性酚醛树脂的合成工艺，测定了树脂的性能，探讨了固化机理，分析了影响树脂砂性能的主要因素。实践表明，这种树脂砂不合Ｓ、Ｐ、Ｎ等元素，固化速度快，可使用时间长，可用于高效制造复杂型芯的冷芯盒工艺。
The synthetic technique of an alkaline catalyzed Phenolic resin which is curedby gassing with a reactive volatile ester was presenced,the properties of this resinwere measured,the volatile ester-hardened mechanisms were discussed and themajor factors influencing properties of resin sand were also analysed.The binderhas a rapid hardening rate and long bench life,whiCh can be used to producecomplicated cores in cold-box process due to free from sulphur,nitrogen and phosphorous.
