摘要
用硅胶薄层层析扫描法检测了大麦品种安特13(冬型)、V—24(半冬型)、85G63(春型)由生长锥未伸长至雌雄蕊分化8个时期茎尖中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量.发现不同品种或不同处理玉米赤霉烯酮的动态有差异;不同品种各处理二棱初至三联期间皆有一玉米赤霉烯酮含量高峰,此阶段可能在发育上具有重要意义。
The content of Zearalenone in the shoot apex of barley from non-elongated growjngpoint to differentiated stamen and pistil was tested by thin-layer chromatography. The varietiestested were as followes:Ante 13 (winter-type),V 24(semi-winter type)and 85G63(springtype).The results showed different dynamics of Zearalenone between varieties or treats and similarpeak of zearalenone from double-ridge to triple-mound of all varieties and treats.This stage(double-ridge totriple-mound)may be important to development.
