基因干扰及其在神经科学的应用

摘要 基因干扰是针对外源dsRNA(doublestrandedRNA)如病毒和转座子等的细胞防御性反应,dsRNA介导的转录后基因沉默。将人工设计的dsRNA导入细胞可以激起这种反应,沉默靶基因,产生相应表型。人们利用这一技术在神经基因功能以及神经疾病治疗等方面进行了大量的研究。本文介绍了基因干扰的发现、机制、特点及其在神经科学领域的应用。
