摘要
近终形连续铸轧技术是以转动的铸轧辊为结晶器,直接生产薄带的新技术;用80C552单片机和光电码盘配合改进的M/T法,检测铸轧辊的执行电机转速可获得大范围内测速精度。介绍了该测速法的基本原理、实现步骤和软硬件设计。
Near net thin strip continuous cast rolling is a kind of new technique that use two rotating rolls as the crystallizer and cast the liquid metal between the two rolls to produce strip directly. The Improved M/T method with 80C552 and a photo- electricity coder to measure electro-motor’ s rotation speed can achieve a large scale of rotation speed measuring precision. The paper introduces the method's basic principle, realization process and software and software design.
