摘要
维持进料量稳定是保证碳酸化分解过程稳定优化生产的关键。由于分解槽进料管较短,管径比较大,容易结疤,进料量难以用常规的过程检测仪表进行检测。建立了基于汇流的伯努利方程,总结出进料阀门的局部阻力系数与开度的关系,推导出高位槽液位、进料阀门及进料流量的函数关系,建立了进料流量的软测量模型。利用该模型,设计一个进料流量控制器,实现进料流量的优化设定和稳定控制。现场实验数据表明,进料流量软测量模型精度在2.06%以内。
In the process of continuous carbonation decomposition, the tube of Mechanic-agitator is short , the size of tube is large and the aluminate solution is easy to form scar,so the routine measure device is not suitable for the measurement of the flow.Apply the relative principle of hydrodynamic to establish the Soft-Sensing model which can measure the flow indirectly.The model is based on the analysis of process principle and is relative to the relationship of overhead tank's liquid level and the opening angle of valve.The experimental results show clearly that the precision of the Soft-Sensing model is less than 2.06%.
