摘要
用营养液培养的方法研究不同供磷水平(0~2.64mmol/L)对4叶期番茄叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明,缺磷条件下培养番茄生长减慢或停滞,番茄叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、最大净光合速率(Pmax)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学量子效率ΦPSⅡ、光化学猝灭qP、光适应PSⅡ最大光化学量子效率(Fv'/Fm')及电子传递速率(ETR)显著下降,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)升高。
<Abstrcat>Effects of phosphate levels (0,0.165,0.660,2.640 mmol phosphate/L) on growth and photosynthesis of 4-leaf tomato plants were studied.Results showed that the treatments of 0 and 0.165 mmol/L P significantly depressed plant growth,reduced net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ,and increased intercellular CO2 concetration.
