弥散加权成像及氢质子磁共振波谱在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 围产期窒息而导致的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是造成儿童永久性神经功能障碍的主要原因之一。磁共振弥散加权成像及磁共振波谱分析分别利用水分子的限制性弥散及化学位移和J耦合原理,无创性地研究脑内组织生理生化及代谢改变,为进一步明确HIE的发病机理及早期准确的评估预后提供了有效的手段和方法。
