摘要
目的评价Beyond冷光美白技术对活髓牙的临床治疗效果。方法用Beyond冷光美白技术对门诊患者71例(其中四环素牙21例,氟斑牙20例,先天性黄染牙30例)进行美白治疗。用PR-650分光测色仪、Vitalescence比色板、相机照片进行美白治疗前后颜色及光泽度的对比。运用χ2检验和t检验进行统计学分析。结果(1)冷光美白可以在30min内将60%～90%的变色牙齿颜色提高5个色阶以上,牙髓刺激小,美白效果确实。(2)Vita比色和分光测色仪测试结果均显示:四环素牙色差改变明显低于氟斑牙和先天性黄染牙(P<0.05)。(3)所有病例牙齿光泽度满意度在统计学上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论Beyond冷光美白技术是一种可靠的美白技术,具有良好的临床效果和推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Beyond whitening accelerator on stained teeth.Methods 71 outpatients (Tetracycline stained teeth 21, innately stained teeth 20, fluorine stained teeth 30) had been treated by Beyond whitening accelerator technology.Vitalescence Colorimeter、Spectra Scan PR2650、CIE L* a* b* color system and canon digital camera were applied to measure the color of the teeth.Results (1) Whitening accelerator technology could enhance the color of 60%～90% teeth by 5 or more brands within 30 minutes or so. (2) The effect on Tetracycline stained teeth was respectively different from the other two kinds of stained teeth. (3) There was no significant difference among the changes of reflection on the three kinds of stained teeth.Conclusion Beyond whitening accelerator has an excellent clinical effect and a broad application value.
