摘要 实验测得了猫在心室颤前、后的脑微动脉内径及血压的变化。引入增量应力和应变的概念,计算了在心室颤前后微动脉血管(内径小于100μm)应力与应变的变化规律,并获得了在不同期间内血管的本构方程。 The microvascular diameter in the brain is grcatly changed together with theblood pressure during and after ventricular fibrillation(VF). The internal diameters of cerebral mi-crovessels in cats were measured under a fluorescence videomicroscope simultaneously with the arte-rial blood pressure during and after the VF. By in troducing a incremental concept under the condi-tion of the microvascular wall in compressibility,both the incremental stress and strain were ealcu-lated for arterioles(internal diameter<100μm)during and after VF. The stress and strain obtainedshowed change of histeresis loop in their relationship during the VF and 6 minutes after the VF, andalso showed an almost linear relationship 6 minutes after the VF.
