摘要
通过建立定位球的直径与定位球同齿廓在切点的端面压力角之间的超越方程得到定位球直径与齿轮轴心之间的位置关系,通过建立补偿定位球的几何尺寸偏差和齿轮齿厚偏差的数学模型得到定位球的精确定位关系,从而提高大型齿轮在位测量仪器的定位精度。分析了定位精度的影响因素及定位球运用的模数范围。
The relation of the position between the positioning balls' diameter and the axle cen ter of the gear is discussed th roush esta blishing the transcenden tal equation,This equation illus-trates the relationsnip between the positioning balls' diameter and the press angle at the tangent point of the tooth flank in the rotation plane of the gear.And the precision positioning relation of the posi-tioning bails is presented throu8h establishing the model,which make up the geometrical size error of the position i n g balls an d gear,s tooth thick n ess error.So the position ing precision of the in~situ measurement instruments for large-scale gears can be improved,Simultaneously,the Interaction on the positioning precision and the suitable medule range of the positioning balls are analyzed in detail.
